I Would Like To Know If Anyone Has Tried Agmatine For Fibromyalgia And Chronic Pain..

A MyChronicPainTeam Member asked a question 💭

Disclaimer.. I am not a doctor just my own guinea pig and can't recommend anything. Always check with your doctor 1st before taking a new supplement. I don't know if this interacts with ssris or antidepressant as this supplement helps with depression.

I am starting it tomorrow as I'm always using myself as a guinea pig lol. I've tried so many alternative treatments and supplements out of pocket. I saw many good reviews and articles about it. Surprisingly I never heard of it before until a week… read more

How Long Does It Take To Adjust To Gabapenten?

A MyChronicPainTeam Member asked a question 💭

How long does it take to adjust to Gabapenten before you stop nodding off like a junkie and feeling lightheaded?

(Using for fibromyalgia and peripheral neuropathy/nerve root disorders in neck and lumbar- on day 6)

I do think its starting to work— feels like when a lidocaine injection starts to kick in, if anyone here reading this has gotten those for nerve pain before.

Suggestion For Extra Meds At Night-time For Back Pain

A MyChronicPainTeam Member asked a question 💭

I am currently taking Cymbalta and Gabapentin for Fibromyalgia, plus Zapain and Ibruprufen on top when needed as i also have DDD, inflammation of the facet joints and a torn ligament in my lower back. My back is worse at night which makes my already bad sleep pattern worse. I am wondering if anyone can suggest an extra pain-killer that i can take just at night-time?
I have tried Tramadol and i does nothing.
Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Is There A Movement To Join To Increase Awareness And Get Laws Passed To Protect The Chronic Pain Patient?

A MyChronicPainTeam Member asked a question 💭

Chronic pain patients are being forgotten about and punished with all these new laws and pressure from the government and states regarding opioid use
Chronic pain patients need help to get the medication they need. Drug addicts now use meth, heroin, etc. They no longer use opioids because they are so hard to get. Help is needed. I am so tired of being treated like an addict. I want my life back, I need help. Opioids is all that helps. Why should I and so many others like me continue to… read more
