Oh bless you, it does sound similar to my chronic breathing problems. I'm very probes to infections and also had many infections just this year alone.
I know what you mean by having to keep the window open, I've also go 2 fans blowing and moving air. I have to feel fresh air even by the window open or having a fan blowing in my face.
It sounds although I do not have the condition you have I do have similar symptoms and do have and feel your pain and frustration of not being able to breathe properly.
I always say I've stopped breathing it had problems for so many years you'd think if get used to it and not feel as scared but it never gets any easier and I still always feel so scared when I can't breathe.
My thoughts and prayers are with you @A MyChronicPainTeam Member

hiya Kirsty sorry its taken me so long to reply my health and I have not been friends this week, simply bronchiectasis is the over inflation of your airways in your lungs that fills with mucus, I'm having to keep a window open at night just to cope with it, its caused from repeated chest infections from what my doc at the hospital said, ive had about 7 chest infections this year!
