My husband told me that Pres. Trump said he’d like to do away with half of all pain meds use! I’ve been on pain meds off and on from 21 to mid 30’s since I had received approx. 20+ surgeries in that time. Then 20 years ago ruptured L-4 and L-5, L-5 S-1. Pain was unbearable . My pain doc wants me to try a nerve block on my back. I'm willing to try anything at this point. If you've had it done, is it painful? Does it hurt? I have DDD, stenosis,and L-4 and L-5 are herniated. Any feedback is greatly appreciated!
You need to find a specialist who knows how to do it and has a CT or at least an ultrasound available. It can help you to patch up the pain for 1 - 3 months depending on the stage of your herniated… read more
I’ve been in a flare since around Thanksgiving, I also took two Falls in the same night affecting my neck and shoulders mostly, I followed up with my surgeon; but, X-rays didn’t show anything. I’ve been bed ridden since. My question is this, how can I sleep for more than an hour or so without waking from the pain? (My sides are my only option for sleeping due to 7 Spinal surgeries.) I have AR and nerves in spine, one pinched in upper back makes hands numb which I also have AR in them. I also have bone spurs. My Dr, refuses to give pain meds. Shots in back did nothing. If you had this done please tell me if I should or not have it done. I have used every rub out. Does not help. Even hemp oil. Drugs have destroyed help for those who need them. Dr, said not allowed to. Does anyone know of anything that helps? God Bless.

I was just diagnosed with this TG and told that people suffering from CPS, Diabetes, CFS, and Fibromyalgia have a tendency to get TG. I can't seem to win.
