I have AR and nerves in spine, one pinched in upper back makes hands numb which I also have AR in them. I also have bone spurs. My Dr, refuses to give pain meds. Shots in back did nothing. If you had this done please tell me if I should or not have it done. I have used every rub out. Does not help. Even hemp oil. Drugs have destroyed help for those who need them. Dr, said not allowed to. Does anyone know of anything that helps? God Bless.

Hello, I have had 5 previous back surgeries with fusions. I recently got a knee replacement 12/18/17. I am now having terrible back muscle spasms and sciatic nerve pain. I know it takes some getting used to but this is bad, Its hindering my recovery. I had to lie all day Monday because of this. Now coming up the steps it screamed at me. Its makes me yell out so much zinging pain.

Hi all, I had laminectomy for spinal stenosis as I couldn't walk due to numbness & weakness in my back, legs & feet. I'm now 7 weeks into recovery but still getting numbness in my back & feet after standing for about 10mins, walking is no longer a problem its just the standing. I have fibmyalgia arthritis chronic pain Depression because of the pain and the fact is I can do very little because of stiffness so should I see a physo or an osteopath for muscle pain
